I followed the anti-inflammatory meal plan fairly closely and did most of the workouts. I loved the variety and the inclusion of meditation and yoga as I would normally skip those for something more intense.
The recipes are very tasty—my husband even likes the polenta! The app made tracking simple, and I loved visualizing my base metabolic rate and adjustments for food and exercise.
As you can see from the pic, it was a successful month! My husband actually lost more weight than me based solely on the meal plan. Thank you for a great month!
